Bring your own idea to this event and share it with others. Initiate the process of working together to take your concept to the next level, an actual app, website, product or service. This is your chance to be heard by other members who may be interested in supporting your efforts, investors and angels are always welcome.
Looks like 50+ entrepreneurs, developers, graphic designers and techies have taken the plunge and will attend our first shindig, a soon to be bi-weekly event. Members of the DC, Maryland and Virginia startup and entrepreneurial community will collaborate, get feedback and support from peers and experts.
If you have an idea, if you have a project that has just stalled and getting no where, then this is where you need to be this weekend. If you are a developer, looking for leads or UX/UI creative assistance, come on down. If you are an angel or venture capitalists, the ideas and opportunities you seek may be here.
We will have experts on site to help guide you in the right direction. This is your chance to get free support from organizers and members on your project. Why would you pass an opportunity like this up? Remember, your idea is, just that, an idea, until you do something about it.
Based off the success of our appMobi 201 ”Hands on” Workshop which converted into a very lively, interactive hackathon, we have adopted and decided to extend this same type of meetup format to another event tentatively scheduled next Saturday.
This is a Just Dev It (Combined) regional DC/MD/N. VA event which will be hosted at TeqCorner in McLean, VA near Tysons corner. We will be alternating regional events throughout DC/MD/VA going forward. If you have any suggestions for future topics for our your Area chapter, please visit our new site and post in the Community section. (http://justdev.it/) (http://justdev.it/)
