Sheffield City Circular Canal Walk & Coffee – (5 miles)

Join us for a relaxed circular canal walk through Sheffield, starting and finishing at Fitzalan Square.
We’ll head towards Victoria Quays, follow the Sheffield & Tinsley Canal, then loop back just before Olympic Park and return along parts of the Five Weirs Walk. The route is mostly flat and suitable for a casual, social pace, with plenty of opportunities to chat along the way.
The walk is approximately 5 miles and should take around 2.5 hours. After the walk, anyone who’d like to join can come along for coffee and a warm-up at Hygge Café.

Terrain: mostly flat, paved paths
Dogs are welcome, but as parts of the route include narrow canal paths and busy city sections, dogs should be kept on a lead throughout the walk.
Please wear suitable footwear and dress for the weather. As always, everyone walks at their own risk.
