Welcome to Rise of the Redscales, a D&D 5E one-shot for an all-kobold party of 4th-level characters, set deep inside an enormous dragon’s lair overflowing with treasure, traps, and very poor decisions.

The Dragon Queen has been gone far too long. Her lair, once a place of order, fear, and strict hierarchy, has become a powder keg of greed, ambition, and unresolved grudges. Two kobold tribes, the Redscales and their long-hated rivals, the Bluescales, are on the brink of open war… and the entire lair is about to become their battlefield.

You’ll play the best and brightest of the Redscales: lifelong minions, trap-tenders, and hoard-polishers suddenly thrust into leadership, diplomacy, and all-out chaos.
