Who really runs the City of Ravens? Right now, no one does. That's exactly the problem every faction at this table is trying to solve.

Rookhaven: The City of Ravens is a GM-less city-building game played with the Beak, Feather, & Bone system. Instead of playing a single character, you'll represent a faction of Ravenfolk staking a claim in a city that doesn't exist yet — one your table builds together, round by round.

As play unfolds, you'll claim buildings for your faction and decide what they mean: a safehouse, a shrine, a place where old debts get settled. Every claim adds another layer of politics, history, and rivalry to the city taking shape around you. Games like this have a way of outliving the session — this exact format has spun off entire follow-up campaigns with the same group.

Collaborative worldbuilding, faction-based play — no character sheets, no combat, no traditional roleplay required.
The city will remember what you build here.

No experience needed. You won't need a character or a performance — just opinions about power, secrets, and who deserves to hold either.
