Test your Paleolithic hunting skills (mammoths beware)! Step back in time and work with two of the oldest tools known to man, the atlatl and the axe. An ancient dart thrower, the atlatl [aht-laht-l] was used by humans more than 20,000 years ago. Axes have been in use for 1.8 million years...who knows when the first one was thrown. After some basic instruction, practice your aim at targets with both projectiles.
