fossil canyon—some scrambling

3 miles. 300’ gain.
this trailhead is 30 minutes south of town, half of that on a good dirt road. cool canyon with fossils, and some scrambling. we will turn around at the rope.

we will carpool where the pavement ends on river road, just south of southern parkway.

I will wait at the parking lot (pin) until about five minutes after if not everyone is present. After that you may need to catch up. All times listed are utah time, MDT. Sorry, but STG social hikes are not dog friendly. Come join us for a lovely hike and good conversations in the morning.
