Explore Dino Slot Canyons

This is an exploration of the slot canyons at Dino Cliffs with some trail hiking and involves scrambling over rocks; wear sturdy, appropriate shoes and clothing.
About 3.5 miles, 300 ft., elevation gain, class 2.5 scrambling, possible use of a handline. Will go about 2:15 hours.
Meet at the Grapevine Trailhead (paved lot near bathroom) at 6:30.
We'll hike through a beautiful slot canyon and observe owl habitat led by Eric Kirmeyer (co-lead) who knows the area.
