LaVerkin Confluence Park

Details

4.5 miles, 50’ gain

We will hike along the LaVerkin Creek on a fairly level path. We will stop at the old dairy farm and the nearly 100-year-old power plant to check them out. nice easy walk with no stress.

Confluence Park is a 344 acre natural park, uniquely located within the boundaries of Hurricane and LaVerkin, where Ash Creek and LaVerkin Creek meet the Virgin River. Confluence Park sits at the bottom of large basalt lava cliffs, leaving it isolated and protected from development in the cities above.

I will wait until five minutes after, if not everyone is present. After that you will need to catch up. Sorry, but STG social hikes are not dog friendly. Come enjoy some exercise and good conversation in the morning!
