In his talk, Max takes you on a journey through building Ellos Group’s first component library based on multiple design systems. Then onto how he’s applying those learnings at Tele2, helping them build their own component library while avoiding the same traps that he and his team fell into at Ellos Group.

You’ll learn the importance of a well thought out design system behind every component library, how you can set up your own component library based on your organizational structure and finally why open source organization might be the best way to approach your organization's component library.
