We’ll then walk through a real-world production case study showing how Voice AI is being used inside an organization supporting 44+ retail locations across the Midwest, including how the system handles business requests, connects with existing tools, and operates reliably in a production environment.

About the Guest Speaker:
Anmar Mahmod is an an AI automation builder and founder of Pure AI (https://thepure.ai), a St. Louis-based AI automation company focused on building custom AI systems for businesses. His work includes designing and deploying Voice AI agents, workflow automations, and business systems that integrate AI with the tools companies already use. He also runs an AI automation school and community where he teaches people how to design, build, and deploy these types of systems themselves.
