Secular Summer Solstice

Since the dawn of humanity, we have the solstice in awe. Once a moment to thank our gods and pray for the oncoming winter, we now mark it with celebrations of human life and the scale of our accomplishments.

Come to the Lake of the Ozarks with us for a celebration of human life and community! We will meet at an AirBNB that will serve as the host location for everyone. It will also have limited availability for those who want to stay until Sunday. The festivities begin with a sunrise viewing on the dawn of June 21 and will continue throughout the day. The solstice will culminate in a sunset vigil and bonfire to commemorate the fading light of the summer's peak. Cost will be $90 per person including food, drinks, and lodging if interested. We are looking for volunteers! If you'd like to recite poetry, prose, or music at our sunset vigil, we'd love to hear it! And if you are a chef in the kitchen, we want you as our food and drinks coordinator.
