What we’re about
This meetup group is for "St. Louis Young Professionals" who are looking for a group that does more than just strictly conventional “networking”. We operate as a social and happy hour group for singles and couples in their 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, and older, who are interested in getting out and about to explore what St. Louis has to offer, meet like-minded people, and make new friends. Through those connections, you might get some “networking”, but the main goal is to have fun and relax from the busy workdays we all trudge through each day!
We try our best to have a mix of events like bar trivia, visiting museums and parks, dining out at local restaurants, attending happy hours and bar crawls, board gaming, dancing, concerts, karaoke, outdoor activities like hiking, biking and pickup sports, road trips (especially to wineries), and other local activities. If you have an activity of interest, we can make it an event!
This group is for single people, married people, new-in-towners, transplants, and people who have been in the Saint Louis area for a while and are simply looking for a new group to go out with. If you are ready to relax, have some fun, and maybe get out of your comfort zone to try new activities, then you will fit in quite well!
This group is not for people who take themselves or life too seriously. However we are serious about NO SHOWs. If you RSVP for an event and cannot make it, please change your RSVP. You might lose your membership if you are a NO SHOW to 2-3 events.
