Title:
From Data to Decisions in Jira Service Management
Speaker:
Rickard Atthem and Peter Atthem at https://rixter.se/
Short overview:
In this session, we’ll explore how to bring external data into Jira Service Management and turn it into something teams can actually use. We’ll look at different integration options, from standard connectors to custom integrations, and discuss when to use which approach.
Once the data is in Jira Service Management, we’ll show how it can be presented in meaningful ways using Jira dashboards and Confluence pages. Finally, we’ll demonstrate how these views enable teams to take informed actions, improve service workflows, and make better decisions based on a complete and up-to-date picture of their data.
