Stockholm City Museum meetup – learn where you live!
This will be emailed to you personally, :), Stockholm, SESometimes the most obvious (and free!) things are right next to us – and we still manage to miss them. Have you been to the Stockholm City Museum, for example?
Even if you have, join us for a visit and a chance to meet fellow internationals in the city. Let’s learn something new about Stockholm and discuss it together!
Here’s the plan:
We’ll meet at 11:00 AM on March 31 and visit the museum while getting to know each other. Afterward, if time allows, we’ll sit down at a café for a fika and continue the conversation.Preliminary meeting point: Slussen.
The exact location will be emailed to participants who register on our website (not here on Meetup).
❗ Note: The event is free to join, but participants cover the cost of their own fika.

🎨 A Touch of Spring, A Splash of Art – Liljevalchs’ Spring Exhibition
This will be emailed to you personally, :), Stockholm, SEWe invite you to step into spring with us at Vårsalongen (Spring Salon) at Liljevalchs, Stockholm’s oldest and most iconic art gallery. Every year since 1921, this juried exhibition brings together a vibrant mix of contemporary Swedish and international artworks, an inspiring way to experience the city’s creative side up close.
Here’s the plan:
We will meet at 11:15 AM on April 20th, so we can start our visit together. And who knows, our visit might end with a relaxed fika while chatting about our favorite artworks from the exhibition.☕❗ Mondays at Liljevalchs are free for everyone — no ticket needed.
Whether you’re an expat, newcomer, or longtime Stockholm resident, you’re very welcome to join.

Valborg with Grow Internationals – let’s celebrate together!🔥
Location not specified yetOn April 30, we invite you to experience Stockholm as it takes on a medieval atmosphere during Valborg (Valborgsmässoafton). It’s Sweden’s classic spring kickoff with a big bonfire, great vibes, and wonderful company of locals and internationals. Whether you’ve celebrated Valborg before or are new to Sweden, you’re very welcome to join us!
How it works:
Don't forget to register yourself. The exact meeting details will be shared with registered participants before the event. We will meet at a designated spot first, then hang out for a bit, might even grab torches (if the location is confirmed), and then walk together to the big bonfire to enjoy the celebration.✅ Please register on our website (not on meetup) by April 28 so we know how many participants to expect.
