Grow Internationals Potluck: Connections Through Food

One of the best parts of being in an international community is meeting people from all around the world and maybe even discovering their traditional food along the way!

Join us for our International Potluck, where we’ll share dishes from our home countries, connect with fellow internationals, and enjoy a relaxed picnic together in the summer sunshine.

Here is the plan:
We’ll meet on July 4 at 11:00 AM and gather for a picnic together. We might also play kubb, which is a fun and Swedish lawn game that’s perfect for summer time.

Preliminary location: Östermalm. The exact meeting point will be emailed to participants who register via this link.

Please note: there won’t be facilities to heat up the food, so we recommend bringing a cold dish, snack, or dessert to share.
Since the food will be prepared by external participants, Grow Internationals cannot guarantee that dishes will be free from allergens or fit specific dietary requirements.

Summer Nature Hike with Grow 🌿🥾

Swap the city streets for forest trails and join fellow internationals for a scenic hike through one of the Stockholm region’s most beautiful nature areas.

Our route will take us through peaceful forests, along stunning waterfront views, and past fascinating historical landmarks. Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or simply looking for a refreshing outdoor adventure, this is a great opportunity to explore nature, enjoy good conversations, and discover a hidden side of Stockholm.

Here’s the plan:
We’ll meet on July 25 at 11:00 for a moderately challenging hike. Expect beautiful scenery, fresh air, and plenty of opportunities to connect with other internationals along the way.

Area: Tyresö. (The exact meeting point and route details will be emailed to registered participants)
Registration deadline: July 22, 2026.

The event is free to join. Please bring water, some snacks, comfortable walking shoes, and wear weather-appropriate clothing. Don’t forget your sunscreen please.

Summer Fika Adventure ☕🌿

We’ll travel together to a charming and historic spot with beautiful views, a peaceful atmosphere, and a story that stretches back more than 150 years.

Once a gathering place for artists, writers, and cultural figures, it remains one of Stockholm’s hidden gems, well worth discovering with good company.
