Join us for a warm and inspiring Expat Coffee Morning with Grow Internationals on April 14!

This time, we welcome Lotta Adelstål – a “Swedish third culture kid” who grew up in East Africa and later spent 16 years living and working in Guatemala, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, and Thailand. Now back in Sweden, she works as a facilitator and coach.

In this interactive session, Lotta will share honest reflections, lessons, and insights from life across cultures – including what it means to arrive, adapt, belong, and move on.

Inspired by the African philosophy of Ubuntu – “I am because we are” – we’ll explore how connection and community can support us through change and growth.

Expect meaningful conversations, fresh perspectives, and a supportive space to reflect and connect. Whether you’re new to Sweden, in transition, or simply looking for inspiration, you’re very welcome!
