What happens after this class?

These recurring classes are meant to come together and meditate and learn little by little, so please plan to join them every week for growth in your meditative state and practice. You are equipped with knowledge to start practicing from day 1. As you join us for subsequent classes you are taken forward in meditation practice. In case you are unable to join a class, don't worry and rejoin any time and you can always start afresh.

Be a part of the 21-day Kundalini Awakening global community from Saturday, 23rd January 2027 to 12th February 2027 every day. As you participate in daily classes, you will notice physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. With pure desire, you may also feel the movement of Kundalini energy and its effects on your fingertips and other physical manifestations. It will enable you to raise your consciousness to a higher dimension. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is volunteer-run, always free, and practiced in more than 100 countries.
No prior meditation or Kundalini awakening experience is needed.

Sahaja Yoga is always free at every stage
✋What about in-person meditation?
At the end of the course, we arrange a meditation retreat at convenient locations so that we can meditate together and rejuvenate. We also have in-person classes in most cities that will be shared at the end of the course

✋What if I want to have an early introduction?

✋How is it different from other free meditation events?
1. It is 'Always' free 2. It is for 21 days, while most others wrap up free classes in a day or two 3. There is personalization with a team of 100 volunteers serving individually through course 4. There will be follow-up courses, and we will be with you all of 2027. 5. You will feel a change
✋What if I can't join on Saturday, Jan 23rd? Can I join later?
We understand everyone has a busy life, and unexpected events may come up. As such, we have 'breakout rooms' created to help participants who start from a later date. So you can join later, and we will help you catch up.
✋What happens after 21 days?
There will be follow-up 21-day sessions, and we will help you all through 2027.
