What is Ultimate Frisbee?

Beginners and experienced players are all welcome, this is a casual event where the focus is to have fun and meet some new friends! We will play for about 2 hours, then we usually go out for food and drinks afterwards.

Bring:
*Training clothes appropriate for the weather
*Water
*Good shoes - football shoes (cleats) are an advantage but not required
*Optional - both a light and a dark shirt so it's easy to make teams, or a green or yellow bib/lagväst to wear over your shirt
*Swimwear and towel if you want to swim in the lake

Invite your friends! We play in the park at Rålambshovsparken, near the skate park/bridge. "Lilla Västerbron" is the spot for Ultimate.

Many of the regular players use a Facebook Messenger group to check if we'll have enough people before the event, especially if the weather looks sketchy. Post a comment here on Meetup if you'd like to be added to the Facebook chat.
