Clayton Silva is a dedicated mortgage professional whose unique blend of finance expertise, military service, and passion for helping others defines his approach. His journey began as a real estate investor frustrated by the complexities of the lending process.

This experience ignited a desire to master real estate finance, evolving into a rewarding career assisting others in navigating one of life’s most significant financial decisions.

With over 4 years of industry experience, Clayton combines his personal insights as an investor with professional expertise to deliver tailored guidance to his clients. He holds a Bachelor's in Finance and Accounting from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Master's in Finance from Claremont Graduate University, ensuring a strong foundation for his work. Clayton’s commitment to transparency and honesty empowers clients to confidently navigate the mortgage process.

A former paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division, Clayton now serves as an Infantry Officer in the California Army National Guard. His military background instilled leadership and discipline that shaped his professional and personal life. Married with a young child, Clayton values family above all and enjoys traveling, hiking, and staying active outdoors.
