Hey everyone, I'm hoping that we can get this group back up and running again and thought what better way than by organising a photowalk!

The plan is to head into Oxford Street and Soho to enjoy some street photography and see what we can find.

Where we'll meet: In front of the Photographers Gallery, 16-18 Ramillies Street, Soho, London W1F 7LW

We''ll start off with a brief introduction and then head off into Soho for around 45 minutes. Everyone will be free to go their own way, meeting back at the Photographers Gallery before we move onto our second destination where we will break out again to take more photos. Finally, we will gather around 3pm in a coffee shop/pub to socialise/discuss how the event went.

Bring whatever camera you'd like - any gear is welcome (even the camera on your phone), as long as you like it! I would advise against tripods due to the busy nature of Soho.

Price: £2 pounds to cover Meetup's annual admin fees. This can be paid on the day.

The first Meetup of 2024 and we’ll explore Waterloo, Leake Street graffiti tunnels and the South Bank.

Where we’ll meet: Underneath the clock at Waterloo Station.

We’ll walk down to Leake Street together and aim for around 45 minutes at Leake Street tunnels where there’s loads of street art and graffiti to explore. Everyone will be free to go their own way, meeting back at the clock at Waterloo before we go onto our second location, where we can break off again for around 45 mins to an hour to take more photos. We’ll then go onto our third location, before finally finishing in a cafe/pub to socialise and catch up on how we got on.

Bring whatever gear you like, but I would advise against tripods due to the busy nature of the locations we’re visiting.

£2 per person is payable on the day to help cover the cost of the Meetup admin fees.
