This is a small, supportive training group for women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more at ease in their bodies ✨

I’m Nadia, a Personal Trainer based in Berlin, specialising in women’s health, hormone balance, and a gentle, supportive approach to training. My work is also informed by experience with recovery from disordered eating, which means the focus is always on building a healthy, sustainable relationship with your body and exercise 🤍

If you’ve ever felt unsure about where to start, or like you’re training but not really seeing results, you’re not alone. This space is designed to guide you step by step, in a way that feels safe, structured, and empowering.

Each session focuses on strength training, helping you improve body composition, build confidence, and understand what actually works for your body. You’ll be personally guided throughout the workout, with attention to your form, your level, and your progress.

We train in a very small group (max. 5 women), so the atmosphere stays calm, welcoming, and non-intimidating.

This is not about pushing yourself to exhaustion — it’s about building strength, consistency, and trust in your body.
