Strength in Motion is a sanctuary for women navigating the weight of life’s stress and overwhelm. This program isn’t about forcing positivity or pretending everything is fine—it’s about creating a community where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or pressure to “choose happiness.” Through shared support and connection, you’ll find a safe, inclusive space to process emotions, build resilience, and move toward a sense of peace—on your own terms, at your own pace. Here, you don’t have to carry it all alone.
Strength in Motion is more than just a program—it’s a refuge for women who are tired of pretending, exhausted from carrying life’s burdens alone, and ready to embrace healing in a way that feels real. Here, there’s no need to fake happiness or suppress the weight of your emotions. This is a space where you are seen, heard, and supported exactly as you are.
Co-hosted by Christine Passo, Support & Transformation Coach for Midlife Women, and Becky Stephens, Bulletproof Fitness Studio Owner, Strength in Motion was born from a shared understanding: true healing happens when emotional resilience meets restorative movement. Together, they recognized the power of combining emotional acceptance with physical healing—because when your body and mind work together, real transformation begins.
In a world filled with uncertainty and fear, we welcome your truth—what’s truly on your heart and mind. Strength in Motion is a safe, encouraging community of women where you can begin to process, heal, and rebuild your resilience through movement, connection, and support. You don’t have to do this alone. We invite you to join us on this journey toward peace, strength, and self-acceptance.
Strength In Motion meets in person every other Saturday, beginning February 15, 2025.

-30 minutes physical activity
-45 minute group support/discussion

Yoga, stretching, walking, light strength training, breathing exercises

Strength in Motion is a thoughtfully designed program that invites women into a unique healing experience, blending gentle movement with emotional support. This program isn’t just about exercise; it’s about finding a safe, nurturing space where your body and mind can work together toward healing.
Through low-impact, joint-friendly exercises, you’ll engage in movements that are both restorative and empowering—designed to release tension, improve circulation, and create a sense of ease within your body. Each session is approached with care, ensuring that every woman, regardless of fitness level, feels comfortable and supported.
But Strength in Motion goes beyond physical activity. It is a space of connection, where women come together to share in a journey of resilience and renewal. You’ll be part of a community that understands the complexities of grief, stress, and personal transformation—without judgment, without pressure, and without expectation.

Strength in Motion offers women a unique blend of healing movement and emotional support to manage feeling overwhelm and stress.
