StrengthenMe Warriors is a Seattle-based outdoor fitness community focused on building strength, endurance, resilience, and consistency through hybrid training and shared effort.
Our workouts blend strength training, conditioning, carries, running, and functional movement inspired by OCR and Spartan-style training. The goal isn’t just fitness — it’s becoming stronger, more capable, and more disciplined alongside others pursuing growth and grit.
Whether you’re training for races, improving your fitness, fixing desk-job posture, or simply looking for an active and supportive community, you’re welcome here.
Hybrid Training | OCR | Spartan-Inspired Workouts
Our coach-led sessions may include:
• Strength work (kettlebells, sandbags, bodyweight)

• Outdoor workouts throughout the Seattle area

Beginner-friendly — effort and respect are expected.
Seattle Outdoor Workout Locations
Most sessions currently take place outdoors around Green Lake Park and nearby Seattle locations.
As the community grows, the long-term vision includes expanded training opportunities while preserving the outdoor, gritty, and community-driven roots that define this group.
What To Bring
• Workout clothes
• Running/training shoes
• Water bottle
• Small towel (recommended)
Weighted vests are encouraged but not required.
Community Expectations
This is a positive, respectful, and encouraging training environment. Everyone trains at their own level, but showing up with effort, humility, and respect for others is non-negotiable.
