🔥 Seattle Spartan Saturdays | Outdoor OCR-Inspired Group Workout

Join us for our first Seattle Spartan Saturdays workout — a community-driven outdoor training session focused on strength, endurance, grit, and functional fitness.

This workout is inspired by OCR and Spartan-style training and may include:
• Running/jogging
• Bodyweight exercises
• Carries
• Conditioning circuits
• Team-based challenges
• Functional strength work

Whether you’re training for a Spartan Race, looking to become more athletic, trying to break out of the desk-job routine, or simply wanting to train alongside motivated people, this group is for you.

All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications can be provided when needed, but expect to sweat, move, and challenge yourself.

🏃 What to Bring
• Workout clothes
• Running/training shoes
• Water bottle
• Small towel (recommended)

Weighted vests are encouraged but not required.
