A somatic movement and emotional release practice

What if, instead of pushing away a difficult emotion, you allowed yourself to feel it?

This one-hour practice invites you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what is happening inside you ✨

We’ll start with gentle somatic movement and guided meditation. We'll use the body as a way into our emotional experience. With curiosity and without judgment, we’ll explore our feelings and make room for the sensations, emotions, and energy that may want to be felt.

Then, little by little, we’ll let the body take the lead🚶‍♀️🚶

We’ll move from stillness into free movement and dance, allowing whatever is present to express itself without needing to explain, fix, or control it.

No choreography. No dance experience needed. There is no right or wrong way to move.

Just a gentle space to feel, move, and reconnect with yourself 🤝

Event Description:

Using singing bowls, we’ll explore the magic of sound together, inviting both adults and children to slow down, listen, and feel the vibrations around them.

This session is designed to:

• Promote relaxation and calm for both adults and children
• Teach mindfulness and playful awareness through sound
• Foster connection and bonding between family members

No prior experience is needed - just bring an open mind 🤗, a sense of curiosity 👀 and the whole family! 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒💕

Together, we’ll create a shared space of calm, joy, and mindful exploration.

You’ll have the chance to discover how simple sounds can soothe, inspire, and spark playful imagination, while also learning gentle ways to relax, focus, and connect with each other 🫶🏻

By the end of the session, both children and adults will leave feeling refreshed, centered, and more in tune with themselves and one another, carrying a sense of calm and togetherness into the rest of your day 🍃🧘🏼‍♀️

🧘 Guided Meditation - 40 Minutes to Come Home to Yourself

Life moves fast, and our minds often move even faster - jumping between worries, to-do lists, and the noise of the outside world. This guided meditation is an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to something quieter and more permanent: the sense of peace that already lives within you.

Through gentle breathwork, stillness, and calm verbal guidance, we’ll slowly let go of tension held in the body and chatter held in the mind. There’s nothing to achieve here - no “doing it right.” Just a soft, supported unwinding, layer by layer, until you arrive at your own inner ground: steady, spacious, and undisturbed by whatever is happening around you.

By the end of the session, you’ll feel calmer, lighter, and more centered - and you’ll leave with a felt sense of that inner stillness, one you can return to anytime life feels overwhelming, whether that’s in the middle of a stressful day, before a difficult conversation, or simply when you need to come back to yourself.

✨Whether you’re new to meditation or have practiced for years, all levels are welcome. Come as you are.
