What we’re about

This group is dedicated to alleviating stress and anxiety while promoting mental well-being.

We engage in activities designed to reduce anxiety and distract our minds from overthinking, such as tile painting, creating mosaic designs, breathing-meditating workshops and/or dancing!

Additionally, we strive to bring in experts in breathing techniques, meditation, and yoga to enhance our efforts and provide valuable guidance.
