Learn to manage your stress and feel more present and focused in a matter of minutes! Those joining this workshop will learn the basics of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), how and why it works, and will have the opportunity to experience and benefit from a live EFT session!

EFT is a powerful and effective stress management tool that can be used to feel more relaxed whenever you are feeling overwhelmed by reducing the intensity of any strong, unpleasant emotions such as fear, anger, frustration, sadness, or guilt.

This online event is being hosted by 2 certified EFT practitioners, Paul J. Hermelin and Lynley Welte. This workshop will go over the basics of EFT and how to apply it for yourself as a stress-management tool. This workshop is not an EFT certification course and will not provide sufficient information for you to apply EFT with others.
