This is a meditation session that helps you learn to relax your body and mind and connect deeper with yourself.

Especially good if you want to release the stress from work, relationships, boredom, and worldwide issues.

We will be using the Max Meditation System, which combines ancient techniques of yoga and mind acrobatics with modern techniques of Psychology and NLP. Doing Max Meditation System regularly will help you learn how to truly stay calm and focused while getting better at meditating🙂
