👉 Strictly Shoujo Point #32: Crafting with one's hands is a very exciting process!
This is a public Strictly Shoujo event. Any member can feel free to join us.
We are going to a different county, Yilan, to experience the National Center of Traditional Arts. This is a place where you can play with molten glass, grind some jade, or make your own fish tank candle. In this event, I wanted to do a Bluer than Blue Tie Dye event, but unfortunately the people are flaky here and I have to pay for 20 people's tools and art supplies in advance. Therefore I thought I'd just show people around instead. There's plenty of things to do and also to eat. You can also dress up in traditional clothing for taking photos.
These are the events you can sign up for. Please sign up for events after 3PM so we don't get rushed in finding the place:

Please arrive before 10:45 in the Luodong Transit Station. You can get here by Kamalan, Capital Bus or Metropolitan Star. It is much cheaper and efficient this way than taking the train to Luodong Train Station. It will probably take an hour to get here from Taipei. ~~I will be wearing my white glitter cap so you can recognize me.~~ I don't have my cap so you'll have to recognize me in a pink glitter dress.
Then we will have an early lunch nearby at a place I really like. I'm hoping we all get to share the costs. After that we will go to a Japanese style ice cream parlor, where you pay for what you order. Then we will go to the Arts Center, where there will be an entrance fee of 150 NTD. Once you get inside, we can look at puppet shows, performances, and buy some exotic snacks. You can even take a ferry! Everything is up to us to decide what to do, we may even separate into groups. However, at the end of the event, we will meet again and share our experiences.
We will be using Voxer again. So if you haven't added me yet, go search for Sakura Sakura Miyoko, with all the spaces in between. This way you can walkie talkie with me and get my coordinates in case something happens.
✨ What to Bring ✨
☑️ I'm thinking for this trip, excluding the 90-150 NTD expense per trip on Kamalan, Capital Bus and Metropolitan Star, you will have to carry at least $1000 to be on the safe side(I don't know what you are going to buy so I can't tell)
☑️ Wear comfortable walking shoes, as we will be walking quite a bit.
☑️ Easy card: Maybe $400? Be careful, some buses require you to tap on and off, some only on, if you miss any of that your easy card can get locked!
☑️ Please use the restroom at the Luodong Transit Station before meeting us.
☑️ Water bottle
☑️ Umbrella, in case if it rains
Let's enjoy the artistic atmosphere!
Lots of Love,
Sakura Sakura Miyoko
