Cut, Patch, Stitch, Press: A Canvas Tote Design Workshop
Details
Create a one-of-a-kind canvas tote using a mix of iron-on patches, fabric collage, and simple hand stitching. Beginner friendly!
In this session, we’ll explore tote design through composition, texture, and fabric usage rather than painting or machine sewing. You’ll design your tote using a curated selection of iron-on patches and fabric scraps, secure elements with fabric glue and heat-set techniques, or simple hand stitching using needle and thread.
No prior sewing or crafting experience is needed. All techniques are accessible, imperfect by design, and guided step by step. This workshop is focused on creating a tote that feels intentional, wearable, and uniquely yours.
If you have your own favorite fabric pieces, feel free to bring them to the workshop!
