Hello lovely Javascripters, let me invite to our monthly JS Meetup. We are going to have a look at WebAssembly. Brendan Eich Eich, the creator of Javascript, called WebAssembly the most exciting development he has seen in the past year. WebAssembly and how computers work

In the talk Mariano will give an introduction to WebAssembly, what it is, what it isn't, status, tools and roadmap and use it to explain how computers work when the compiler has done its job through a small bootstrapped forth interpreter.

WebAssembly could become the safe native format for the Web, adding it will help bring the Web equal to native applications in performance.

Softwarelösungen und Alltagsgegenstände werden immer „smarter“, übernehmen mehr „Verantwortung“ und wissen scheinbar auch immer mehr über uns und unsere Absichten. Wie können wir Kunden dafür begeistern, diese Zukunft verantwortungsbewusst mitzugestalten? Sascha Wolter demonstriert anhand von verrückten und gruseligen Beispielen, wie man das Internet der Dinge in Form von Hard- und Software selber gestaltet. Zum Einsatz kommen visuelle Programmierumgebungen, Spiele wie Minecraft, professionelle Programmierumgebungen wie Visual Studio und Interaktionsformen wie Kinect und Co. Natürlich wird auch gezeigt, dass sich diese pragmatische Herangehensweise in Kombination mit IoT-Plattformen und Smart-Home-Lösungen wie openHAB oder QIVICON auch für professionelle Projekte eignet.
