Let's celebrate May Day and the life of Harry Belafonte

Let's celebrate a belated May Day (a.k.a. Labour Day or International Workers' Day) while bearing witness to the life of Harry Belafonte, who passed away last week on April 25.

We'll forgo any heavy required reading, focusing instead on our primary celebratory mission of basking in comradely solidarity vibes (henceforth, CSVs) rather than a focused topical discussion. Note the change of venue from our usual library spot: We'll meet first for drinks and/or foods at The Social Kitchen (YMCA @ 1 Orchard Rd, Level 4, Singapore 238824), after which we'll shift to another nearby F&B & CSV spot.
