Our membership fee is one of the best bargains around!! Welcome back to all of our SCU members who have renewed their memberships and hoping to encourage our non-members to join our ranks. We are excited to have over 2,100 cyclists in our Meetup Group but we would be even more excited to have all of you become dues paying SCU members. Welcome to Suburban Cyclists Unlimited! We are a non-profit community of recreational cyclists riding at various paces as we tour the roads and trails of our surrounding counties in Southeastern Pa, predominantly in Montgomery and Bucks. Weekday and weekend rides are available as well as social and bike events throughout the year.

You can join this Meetup to get notifications of upcoming rides. It is open to members and prospective members. As a Meetup member you are welcome to try some of our many rides as a guest. Delightful, Delicious D/D+/C- Thursday before the Live Concert
Hansell Park in Buckingham Township, PA, 5069 Hansell Rd, Doylestown, PA, US##### Thu August 20, 2026 - Delightful, Delicious "D" (and D+/C-) Ride, Summer Thursday - Special Musical Edition - Ride before the concert at Hansell Park
Level C- through D: 10-12.5mph, 20-24 miles. Meet at Hansell Park. The ride leaves at 4:45 pm.
SPECIAL EDITION for August 20 - 4:45 ride, returning by 7:00pm, in time for the season finale for the live concerts at Hansell Park in Buckingham, from 7 to 9pm.
Concert for 8/20 stars "Yesterday's Gone", a Fleetwood Mac tribute band.

There will be some food/snack trucks in the parking lot at Hansell, during the show.
GENERIC DESCRIPTION: Scheduled for most Thursday evenings throughout summer, weather permitting. Gently paced, post-work evening ride to pedal away work stresses, suited for novice or returning riders, newcomers to area, and/or anyone seeking a low-intensity recovery ride. Start by riding on Schuylkill River Trail, and/or, Cross County Trail, which connects the Schuylkill w/Plymouth Meeting . As riders get stronger, we can turn off the trails and explore some pretty roads in the area. Please bring LIGHTS in case we return close to dark. Our mileage will be determined by how much evening light we have. Occasionally, this ride may meet earlier in afternoon, due to other event in evening. In mid-September, ride will depart at 5:45 or 5:30, due to earlier sunset. Cue sheets will not be available. Preregistration is required, please preregister by Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 4:45 pm.
