Our membership fee is one of the best bargains around!! Welcome back to all of our SCU members who have renewed their memberships and hoping to encourage our non-members to join our ranks. Welcome to Suburban Cyclists Unlimited! We are a non-profit community of recreational cyclists riding at various paces as we tour the roads and trails of our surrounding counties in Southeastern Pa, predominantly in Montgomery and Bucks. Weekday and weekend rides are available as well as social and bike events throughout the year.

You can join this Meetup to get notifications of upcoming rides. It is open to members and prospective members. As a Meetup member you are welcome to try some of our many rides as a guest. This is a weekly, recurring Tuesday evening summer ride, until late September. We normally meet at 6:00pm, but, on May 6, SCU's Best of Bucks Metric Committee has a final prep meeting tonight at 7:30pm.
THIS ride must return by 6:45pm.##### Tue May 6, 2025 - Summer Evening Easy Spin, Tuesday Edition
Level C- through D: 10-12mph, 12-30 miles. Meet at Glenside Public Library parking lot. The ride leaves at 4:30 pm. Relaxed-pace evening rides on Tuesdays throughout summer. Distance and pace will depend on the riders in our group. (Sunset time will also determine distance.) This ride is suited for novice riders, newcomers to the area, and/or anyone seeking a low-intensity recovery ride. Enjoy pretty and peaceful roads in eastern Montgomery County, pedaling away the stresses of the workday. We usually take a brief rest break mid-ride, depending on distance. Please bring water/Gatorade and a snack with you. Please also bring LIGHTS, in case we have a delay and are returning close to dark. Toward the end of summer (September), starting time will need to be pushed earlier to 5:45, then 5:30, due to earlier sunset. Preregistration is required, please preregister by Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 4:30 pm.
