Special METRIC version of the Best of Lancaster County, starting from Shady Maple Smorgasbord. Stops in Christiana, PA at Zercher's Hotel and the Christiana Underground Railroad Center. This scenic and historic ride heads south through tourist-free farm country to the cross roads of Bartville. Includes food stops at Bartville's Amish Sunrise Grocery (mile 34), Hometown Kitchen (mile 42), Windy Hill Bake Shop (mile 52), and original down-on-the-farm Lapp Valley Farm (ice cream at mile 55). Total elevation gain is 3650 ft, averaging 58 ft/mile. These food stops are closed on Sundays, so this ride is scheduled for Saturday.

Start/Finish at Shady Maple Farm Market in East Earl: Please park in the rear of the lot, beyond the greenhouse, along the white fence.
