Level B-/C+: 13-14mph, 45 miles. Meet at Holicong Park, Buckingham. The ride leaves at 9:30 am. Very pretty and scenic route by Charlie B, based in Bucks County, PA, and Hunterdon County, NJ. This is a peaceful route leaving from Buckingham. Optional quick stop for bathroom & snack at Mile 9 in Stockton. Lunch stop in charming Frenchtown at Mile 27.
After the lunch stop, we have a 9-mile flat stretch on River Rd/NJ-29. Return to PA via the bridge at Bulls Island. If riders need another brief stop for water/bathroom/snack, the Lumberville Store is at Mile 37. Total climbing 2304 ft, averaging 52 ft/mile. No killer climbs. Most of the climbing is before the lunch stop, then we are up on a fairly level plateau.
