Level B-/C+: 13-14mph, 46 miles. Meet at Central Park, Doylestown. The ride leaves at 8:30 am. For August 7: Borrowing one of Dan Oz's very scenic routes in Bucks County.....from Central Park in Doylestown, we'll head east toward Upper Makefield Township and Yardley. On the outbound, before lunch, quick restroom/snack break if needed at Mile 12, in Wrightstown. Lunch at Shady Brook Farm Market at Mile 23. Return via quaint Newtown, Tyler State Park, Wycombe, and Forest Grove. Scenery includes the peaceful Neshaminy Creek. Rolling terrain with total elevation gain of 2436, averaging 52 ft/mile (moderately hilly).

GENERIC DESCRIPTION: Scenic adventures by bike on most Fridays, throughout the year. Explore pretty, peaceful roads in suburban counties. Starting points will vary, so that we can cycle through different regions. Please check daily calendar for details of each Friday's route. On-line route map provided for each ride. If weather conditions are not conducive to cycling, this ride may be replaced by a hike/walk.
