Do you look for support from other's like you? Join us for a time of support, affirmation and sharing. This group is led by Ruth Y. Woods, LCSW owner and therapist of Open Doors Counseling, Coaching and Consulting, LLC. During this group you will have a chance to share and learn coping skills to manage some of the stressors you may be experiencing in relationships with family and others. You will also learn the difference between self-love and self-esteem. This event will take place one Saturday month starting June 15, 2024, The next one is July 13, 2024.
