Come join Nataraja open dance space~ our newly formed dance community at Sukha. The formation of Nataraja came out of the desire from and for dancers of any shape, size, and ability to have a safe, comfortable, and fun place to find their artistic expression.

Music offered will be eclectic; genres including anything from funk to ethereal.

Talking will be kept to a minimum so that all participants can get into a rhythm of their own. The hope is to create an all-inclusive and tight-knit dance community to obtain more peace in ourselves and therefore, in the world. Come join us!

The Dance of Breath with Russell Kimberly is a dynamic breathwork experience designed to safely challenge the nervous system, build resilience, restore balance, and expand your capacity to remain present through intensity.

Guided through a carefully crafted progression of feminine (Sufi) and masculine (Dynamic) breathing, Breath of Fire, conscious connected breathing, and intentional breath retentions, you’ll explore the balance of effort and surrender, movement and stillness. Rooted in modern breath science and the timeless wisdom of yogic and tantric traditions, this practice becomes more than a breathing technique—it becomes a doorway to emotional freedom, embodied awareness, and the quiet intelligence that emerges when the mind grows still.

Whether you’re new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, you’ll be invited to honor your own pace while discovering the transformative power of conscious breathing.
