In this gentle, floor-based practice, we’ll move through each energy center using guided imagery and supported postures, to encourage deep release, coupled with healing Reiki energy to help you release tension, calm your nervous system and rebalance your energy. Together, let’s release the old to create space for new intentions to take root.

The Sound Sorcery invite you for a transformative experience with sound healers Kelly Finn and Drew Burch. Relax as they ease you through a dynamic soundscape into a deepened personal wellness journey.

*Guests lay down, close their eyes, and drift off to the other-worldly frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and traditional harp, among a fleet of specialized tuning instruments. Sound baths are a form of restorative yoga and an opportunity to re-tune the body to the pure frequencies of the major chakras.

A symphony of gongs, ocean drum, and crystal instruments are reiki-infused, used in-motion as they surround and guide you into a deep state of relaxation. Played within inches from listeners, each instrument sends sound vibrations deep into the body channels, opening blockages & allowing the mind to rest. The somatic impact of sound on the body is undeniable, with lasting effects that improve emotional wellness and cognition. Linger in the serene spells after the session and make some new friends.

*Please dress in comfortable layers, and bring anything you need to lay comfortably on the floor for an hour. Blankets and bolsters will be provided on a first-come basis.

This workshop explores Vivation Breathing, a gentle yet profound conscious breathing practice that invites awareness, presence, and deep inner integration. Through breath, sensation, and stillness, the experience creates the conditions for the nervous system to soften, emotions to
unfold naturally, and consciousness to settle into greater clarity.

What Is Vivation Breathing?

Vivation is a conscious breathing method rooted in presence rather than force. By gently increasing awareness of sensation in the body, the practice teaches the nervous system how to remain relaxed within intensity. As resistance softens, stored stress, emotion, and unconscious
patterns are invited into awareness, not to be fixed, but to be integrated. This is a practice of listening, allowing, and remembering.
Russell Kimberly, a High Impact Healer and Breathwork Coach, brings over five years of dedicated practice and one-on-one facilitation. His work weaves together breath, nervous system regulation, and embodied spirituality to support healing from the inside out.

What Participants Will Experience

During this 2-hour experience, participants will move through:
A brief introduction to the science and philosophy behind Vivation breathing
A guided, multi-round Vivation breathwork journey, including slow, fast, and breath-retention phases
Spacious time for integration, stillness, and reflection

The workshop is choice-based and trauma-informed, honoring each participant’s unique rhythm and inner process. No prior breathwork experience is required.
