We are an independent, locally owned yoga studio. Sukha is a yoga sanskrit term that means ease, happiness, bliss and good space. It is our mission to create a community that fosters these qualities through offerings of yoga, meditation classes, yoga parties, workshops and spiritual wellness classes.
We offer a full schedule of yoga classes and a variety of events and workshops (fees apply). We welcome all yogis, from those new to yoga looking to improve flexibility and health to those advanced practitioners wanting to deepen their physical and spiritual practice.

Intro to Human Design

In this workshop, Hana will guide you through your energy type, profile, intuitive decision-making style, and key insights from your chart; offering practical tools and energetic guidance to help you align with your true self.
Whether you’re just discovering Human Design or already have some familiarity, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your unique energy, your natural strengths, and a clearer understanding of how your intuition speaks to you.
What to bring:
A journal and pen for notes
You’ll also need to be prepared with your birth date, time, and location to download your Human Design chart
