Are you curious about yoga but don't know where to start? Our Yoga 101 class is the perfect entry point for beginners like you! Join us on a journey of self-discovery and well-being as we explore the fundamentals of yoga practice.
This class is designed for those with little to no yoga experience. We'll guide you through the basics step by step, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. You'll learn the common yoga etiquette, some basic breath and mindfulness practices, and explore fundamental yoga poses that improve flexibility, balance, and strength. We'll break down each pose, making it accessible for everyone.
Feel confident to join any regular yoga class. There will be plenty of time for questions and individual support.
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (we have yoga mats available to borrow and all other props).
$69 includes 3 weeks of complimentary classes. New students only.
*It's helpful not to eat 1-2 hours before the class.
