After a grounding meditation, lie down for a musical journey with crystal singing bowls, vocal harmonies, and percussion instruments. Experience the power of vibration as a sonic massage for physical, emotional, and energetic healing. Leave feeling refreshed, expanded, and light.
This is a ceremonial container where you will be invited to connect with whatever energies are sacred to you to support your journey.
Come in comfortable clothing, and create a cozy nest for yourself with pillows, blankets and an eye covering (provided in the studio) to receive the sounds.
