Breathe ~ An Integrated Sound Journey with Sound Sorcery
Details
This New Moon in Libra is calling us to balance our busy lives and center our energy in themes of peace, harmony, and justice. Activate your personal goals with a 90-minute manifestation reset utilizing visualization tools, breathwork, and a 60-minute sound activation by The Sound Sorcery. You are invited to lay down, close your eyes, and call your new moon intentions in for the Fall season. Join us for an evening of breath work, reiki sound bath, and meditation.
Imagine Reiki-Infused Gongs, Singing Bowls, Crystal Chimes and Chalices played in-motion, inches away from listeners, sending the sound vibrations deep into the body channels, opening blockages and allowing the mind to rest. Light and dark tones will balance each other in a dynamic soundscape of ocean wave drum and gentle wind chime lullabies, commanding cosmic gong overtures and heavenly harp- along with a fleet of other alchemic healing frequency instruments. The mobile healers move around the room, bending and guiding crystalline tones into a 3-D wall of sound, activating a dreamlike state of mind. In every chapter of the sound story you will drift deeper into your own personal transformative journey. Afterward, commune and connect while still resonating in the warm community space created.
The Sound Sorcery is the sonic healing practice and artistry of Bay Area Wellness Leaders Drew Burch and Kelly Finn.
