About us

This group is for those who have heard and are new to Stoicism or those who would like to find fellow Stoics on Prince Edward Island and would like to deepen there Stoic practices. Meetings are held weekly in person and virtually once a month (or can be discussed further when more members join). There is no fees or dues other than you follow the group guidelines and treat eachother with justice and respect.

The Summerside Local Stoa is a Stoic meet up/gathering for fellow/or beginners who wish to deepen their philosophy and would like to become a better person. Stoicism is a practicing philosophy for living a good life which involves the pursuit of wisdom and reason, in this group we discuss these topics and many more Stoicism related topics.
