"Let-tuce" explore Lettuce Lake Park

"Let-tuce" explore Lettuce Lake Conservation Park.
Ok, enough of my cleverness....ha ha.
Let's explore this wonderful gem of a park in Tampa!

Park opens at 8AM.
There is a $2 entry fee per car.
We will meet in the farthest parking lot - the one near the kayak launch area. A bathroom & drinking fountain is located at this parking lot.
I will have an FTA event sign by my car.

Some of the boardwalk is in the process of being repaired, so we will walk the paved loop trail, adding some of the interior trails, and doing whatever of the boardwalk we can.
Due to some maintenance closures, our mileage is unknown. I'm hoping for about 3-4 miles.

Most of the hike should be shady. But it will still be hot & humid.
Wear comfortable shoes, appropriate clothing for the forecasted weather, hat, maybe binoculars, bug spray, plenty of water.
