After The Fire Trail Recon Hike at Potts Preserve

A controlled burn took place a few weeks ago effecting 1.5 miles of trail in Potts Preserve. We will take a shaded hike to look and see how the trail was changed. We may need to repaint a few blazes.

Plan to hike 3 miles in mostly shaded woods. Bring water and bug spray.
We will meet at the gate and drive back to the camping area. There is a porta potty but no drinking water.
