Richloam trail maintenance To polish the Florida National Scenic Trail !!

Let's meet at the Richloam Fire Tower at 7:30 AM and then we will drive down to the trail head.

Bring lots of water, sun/bug spray, snack, gloves and a good attitude packed into a small backpack. We will be away from the cars. There is no water or bathroom at the trailhead.

You MUST have closed toed shoes, long pants. Long sleeves are recommended to keep bugs and poison ivy off your arms and legs. I will have gloves, eye protection (you can wear sunglasses/regular glasses), and Loppers. You may bring your own. I will have paint if you want to paint instead of use loppers.

There will be a need for loppers, blaze painters and DR divers depending on the number of volunteers attending.

We are starting early to maximize our time before the heat on the trail and will stop once we have had enough fun for the day :). The more volunteers we have participate, the more we can get done before the heat hits.
