Description: Join a Second Saturday Workday at Apollo Beach!
The Apollo Beach Nature Preserve is a 63-acre preserve that serves as habitat for a variety of aquatic species.

Seven acres of the preserve are separated from the habitat restoration areas and dedicated to nature-based recreation, which includes a 2-acre sandy beach for picnicking and sunbathing (no swimming allowed), a 37-foot wheelchair accessible observation tower, and fantastic shoreline fishing.
Objective: We will be doing a planting of 150 plants including Simpson's stopper, Seagrape, Native Firebush, Southern Red Cedar, Upright yaupon, Marlberry, Necklace Pod, Wax Myrtle, and Walter's Viburnum!
