Each winter, we take a communal look at our own Assembly.

We're inviting your input and suggestions for what Sunday Assembly Chapel Hill is and can be. We want to hear from our community: what direction would you like to see SACH move into, what do you think our community is missing, and how can we make your life more fulfilling?

For anyone just joining, it's a powerful time to help shape a local community towards what brings you meaning. For those returning, it's a rare moment to reflect and renew.

Sunday Assembly is entirely run by people like you, and we greatly value your input to make our community a better place for all to Live Better, Help Often, and Wonder More.

Kids welcome!
There's a children's playroom adjacent to the venue's main room, and a small playground just outside.

What happens at an Assembly
Most Assemblies hit these highlights:

  • Some light conversation with an icebreaker question
  • Our main event
  • Some smaller segments on science, news, and meaningful readings
  • Snacks and chats

Parking at Pacifica
We recommend parking along Hanna St. There is handicapped parking in the small parking lot off the roundabout, with more around the back of the venue.

Sunday Assembly is a secular congregation that celebrates community. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your beliefs. Our motto comes in three parts: live better, help often, and wonder more.

We are part of a global movement of Sunday Assemblies. We're completely volunteer-run and funded solely by donations. Please consider donating to our Paypal to keep us building and supporting our community.
